with hospitality.

I’m Islem, chef and owner of Rogue Tunisian. I bring the food of my Tunisian roots to the Rogue Valley through dinner experiences, private gatherings and collaborations.

For me, a good meal is also a chance to share our culture. Couscous, roasted salads, harissa and olive oil belong at a table where people feel welcome.
